Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Rylee Stephens graduated from the University of Calgary’s Kinesiology program followed by grad school in Portland, Oregon where she completed her Master’s of Science in Sports Medicine degree and Doctor of Chiropractic degree cum laude from the University of Western States.
She has additional training in hands on therapy (Active Release Technique, Graston, Rock Tape, Clinical Neurodynamic Solutions), functional movement assessments (FMS, SFMA, DNS), exercise prescription, pre and postnatal care, concussion management and is currently completing a sports residency program through the RCCSS(C).
She has worked with athletes, teams and sporting events throughout Oregon, Washington and British Columbia and has published work on diaphragmatic breathing and balance. She is a certified sport’s first responder.
Rylee believes in a hands-on, patient centered approach to care and treats musculoskeletal conditions from head to toe.
Her treatment approach utilizes joint manipulation, soft tissue therapy and strength and condition to improve functional biomechanics with the end goal of getting patients pain-free and back to enjoying their favorite activities. Rylee loves to work with patients of all ages and activity levels.
In her spare time, you will find Rylee skiing, biking, hiking running or paddle boarding, usually with two kids and dog leading the way!
